We want you to be fully satisfied with your Black Forest Industries purchase. If your apparel or accessories aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box or bag.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
